'Modern Day Organic Gardening" with Jez Taylor

An interesting evening with Jez Taylor, Head of Daylesford Organic Market garden, outlining how they grow their fruit and vegetables. Jez grows on the Daylesford Estate and is full of encouragement for everyone to grow organically. Everything at Daylesford is used – either sold in their shops or to other farm shops, or cooked in their café/restaurant. Any waste, and there is little, is composted.
